For the eleventh straight year, Jackson, MS based tank truck carrier, Miller Transporters, Inc., has been named a “Readers’ Choice” award winner by LOGISTICS magazine in their annual Quest for Quality edition. The Quest for Quality survey, marking its 20th anniversary this year, is the largest, most comprehensive customer-perception study of transportation companies available.

Miller’s President, Scott F. Miller, expressed his appreciation and said, “This is an honor for our company to continue to be ranked among the nation’s top bulk carriers by our customers, however, it is not something we take for granted. We will continue to strive to give the safest and best service possible in all areas of our operation. Our customers expect and deserve it.”

The award, viewed by many shippers as the industry’s equivalent to the Baldridge Quality Award, is based on a carrier’s rating in the areas of on-time performance, value, information technology, customer service, and equipment & operations. Only carriers that excel in all five areas achieve the “Readers’ Choice” designation.
