Jackson, Mississippi based bulk carrier, Miller Transporters, Inc., recently announced that Lee miller has been appointed as President of the company, effective January 1, 2008. Lee will succeed Scott F. Miller who will be retiring after almost 49 years of service. Lee has been with Miller for 28 years in various positions, serving most recently as Vice President of Quality and Corporate Support. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Transportation from Mississippi State University and a Master's in Business Administration from Mississippi College.
