Miller Transporters, Inc. now part of SmartWay Transport Partnership

Jackson, MS. - Miller Transporters, Inc. announces that it has joined the SmartWay TransportPartnership, an innovative collaboration between the US EPA and the freight industry designed to
increase efficiency while significantly reducing greenhouse gases and air pollution. By joining
SmartWay, Miller Transporters demonstrates strong environmental leadership and corporate
responsibility.
The SmartWay Transport Partnership aims to achieve a fuel savings of up to 150 million barrels of fuel
per year. The partnership brings together major shippers, trucking companies, railroads, logistics
companies and other industry professionals to pursue mutual beneficial efficiencies that result in
emissions reductions and other environmental improvements while providing cost savings to member
