Pay:

• Teams:
  $0.23375 per driver loaded
  $0.175 cents per driver empty

• Single:
  $0.4275 cents per mile loaded
  $0.30 cents per mile empty

• Local:
  (50 miles or less)
  $14.35 per hour

• Load/Unload Pay:
  $14.35 per hour starting at scheduled load/unload time - no free time

• Non-Productive Pay:
  $12.65 per hour
