Miller offers the following insurance coverage, provided by
a reputable insurance agency with settlement
deduction of premiums:

- Bobtail Liability covers liability arising from accidents involving the equipment when it is not under dispatch or not operating at the company's direction.
- Passenger Liability covers claims resulting from passenger injuries. Any unit authorized to carry a passenger (spouses only) and having a valid Rider Authorization is required to have this coverage.
- Contractors must furnish workers compensation or occupational accident insurance for themselves and their employees.
- The contractor may secure his own Collision and Comprehensive Insurance coverage or purchase through the company.
- Liability insurance while under dispatch is provided by the company.
